Inaugurated in 1970 as a general contractor in landscaping, cleaning and desilting works, TKB C-E Contractor Pte Ltd has since abounded as a group of companies specialising in arboriculture, horticulture, cleaning and civil engineering works.

A pioneer in their class, and in the industry, Toh Kim Bock has been selected by statutory boards and governmental establishments to provide maintenance to town councils, and to enhance and enrich the horticultural landscapes of parks and the botanic gardens.

Besides exceptional competency in landscaping works and maintenance, Toh Kim Bock has also distinguished themselves in civil engineering works like building park connectors to link nature boardwalks to peripheral parks around Singapore.
